TO BOOK:

Choose any spot available. If you choose 1F to 15F it means you will be starting at the benches.

If you choose 1B to 15B it means you will be starting at the boxing bags.

Haflway during class, you will switch sides so you only have to book ONE spot. 

 

NOTE: DB 1, DB 2 AND DB 3 are DOUBLE BAGS. Meaning, you will not switch sides and only do boxing the entire class.

 

 

CLASS SCHEDULE RELEASE:

Sunday to Saturday's schedule is released the Sunday a week before at 12 pm. i.e. 21 March to 27 2021's schedule will be released on 14 March 2021 at 12 pm.

FIRST TIMERS: IMPORTANT

Please arrive 25 MINUTES before class is scheduled to start for your compulsory introduction that will start 15 minutes before class. If you miss this, you will not be allowed to enter class so please come early and plan ahead. We need time to show you around the studio and to help you with wraps so coming exactly 15 minutes before may not get you inside in time. 

 

WAITLIST:  IMPORTANT If it is your first time joining the waitlist. Please read the email you receive upon joining the waitlist. It will have all the information you need.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: TO AVOID LOSING YOUR CLASS CREDIT, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR RESERVED SPOT AT LEAST 6 HOURS IN ADVANCE PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS TIME. 

 

NEW PACKAGE USERS TAKE NOTE: If your package is new, book the class with the EARLIEST DATE FIRST, as this will set the activation date of your package. 

 

LATE ENTRY: If you arrive after the studio door is closed, you will only be able to enter after round 5. Whether you are 10 seconds or 10 minutes late doesn't make a difference so please do plan ahead and come on time! :)
